Our rug had been exposed to mold spoors and also needed cleaning. It was picked up at my home and taken right off the floor. All the furniture was moved by you, which was a real blessing. It was returned and was beautiful . The colors were bright once again. They had not run(which had been a problem with one of our other oriental rugs that we had cleaned nearby ). You placed it back on a new pad that we bought’ All was problem free for me. Thank you.
